1. HONEY

Honey has no fiber, fat, or protein and has 64 calories and 17.2 grams (g) of sugar per tablespoon. According to study, honey's usual pH level of 3.9 makes it somewhat acidic, which may help stop bacteria from growing.

It is important to remember that the specific physical characteristics of honey rely on the flora utilized in its production.

Honey doesn't have an expiration date if it is kept in an airtight container.


2. SHEA BUTTER

    Shea tree nuts are used to make shea butter, which is a type of fat. Its color is off-white or ivory, and it solidifies at warm temperatures. Since shea trees are indigenous to West Africa, the majority of shea butter still originates there.
